Production time for a Tedy can go up to 7 business days. The shipping estimated time should be checked with the chosen courrier using the tracking number received once the purchase is confirmed.

What´s the size of my Tedy?
Size may vary according your choice. You can choose between 19 inches and 31 inches.

What´s my Tedy made of?
Each Tedy is made with 100% all new polyester, hypoallergenic super soft plush. The filling is also hypoallergenic polyester. Besides, they are all fill with love and dedication from each one of the integrants of our talented staff.

My Tedy arrived damaged
Our staff prepare all Tedies for travel in the best conditions posibles, taking all the proper care in order for them to arrive safe and sound to your front door. Unfortunately, sometimes they may face and adversity and get there a little bumped. If that is the case, please do not hesitate in contacting us right away so we can provide you with a solution.

Can I change my mind or cancel my order?
Absolutely, as long as it is before we started working on your order. If we already started, we will be forced to charge you a fee for the materials used at the time.
